As a workaround to this issue, rather than browse to office.tcd.ie to access your Microsoft 365 Apps, instead go to mail.tcd.ie. From inside your Outlook for the web application, you can access all your Apps via the 9 dots menu.

IT Services are aware of intermittent issues today, Tuesday 10th December 2024, affecting access to the Microsoft 365 Apps.
Users may be unable to access their Apps via the 9 dots icon on the Microsoft 365 landing page (office.tcd.ie).
Microsoft are currently investigating the root cause of the issues.
