We advise students to update their Android Blackboard app to the latest version (7.7.1), which should resolve this issue.

We are currently investigating an issue which is affecting logins to the Blackboard app on Android devices.
The issue appears to be intermittent so trying to log in again after a certain period of time may work. Alternatively, using your phone's web browser to access Blackboard can also provide another means of access.
