Due to a technical issue, the work was not completed on the 13th July as originally planned.

The work will be attempted again on Thursday 27th July between 8am and 12pm.

The impact on services will be the same as stated below.

IT Services will perform essential maintenance to the mobile device service and the new network request process on Thursday 13th July between 8am and 12pm, which will impact the services as follows:

  • Mobile Device Service: Staff will temporarily be unable to register or renew their devices during the maintenance window. Please note that there will be no impact on your continued use of your device.
  • New Network Request Process: During the maintenance window, you will be unable to submit new network requests and register new wired/wireless devices on the Trinity network.
