IT Services will perform essential maintenance to the mobile device service and the new network request process on Tuesday 24th October between 8am and 12pm, which will impact the services as follows:

  • Mobile Device Service: Staff will temporarily be unable to register or renew their devices during the maintenance window. Please note that there will be no impact on your continued use of your device.
  • New Network Request Process: During the maintenance window, if you submit a new network request to register new wired/wireless devices on the Trinity network, your request will be queued and processed after the upgrade.
