The works carried out on the 19th October were successful. This issue is now resolved.

Planned works to restore high availability of the College Wi-Fi service will take place on Thursday 19th October between 8am and 9am.
There may be short periods of disruption to this service during the planned works.

There was an unplanned disruption to the College Wi-Fi services between 12noon - 1pm today, Wednesday 18th October.
During this period, the Wi-Fi services were offline across campus.
Wi-Fi services are now back online however the network is still considered 'at-risk'.
IT Services are actively working to identify the root cause of the disruption.
