SPSS Statistics have released an interim fix to address the compatibility issues with macOS Sonoma (14.0).
The interim fix is available on Status of Support for macOS 14.0 (Sonoma)
The interim fix will be bundled into a future release of SPSS Statistics but is available for anyone who needs the fix prior to the next release.

SPSS Statistics (Any version) is presently not compatible with the latest version of macOS - macOS Sonoma (14.0).
If you require access to SPSS Statistics, we therefore recommend not upgrading to macOS Sonoma (14.0) until SPSS resolve the compatibility issues.
