Issue is resolved
The issue with some images and files loading intermittently should now be resolved.
If you still have an issue with images or files appearing, your browser may be caching the old links - try clicking the Refresh button in your web browser while holding the shift key or logging out and back in. If necessary, you may need to clear your browser's cache.
If the problem persists, please contact IT Services.

Some users may see an intermittent issue with images loading on the login and homepage and with files loading within modules.
A quick fix
Often closing and reopening the browser - or using another browser - will resolve the issue as a temporary workaround.
Long-term solution
We are currently working with Blackboard support to investigate as a priority.
