What to expect with the additional security measures
Effective from Monday, 16th December, you may notice the following when logging into your Trinity IT account:
- Extra multi-factor Authentication (MFA) - When logging in from a new computer or new location, you may be asked to enter your MFA code again to confirm your identity.
- Automatic detection requesting password updates - If the system detects that your password might be compromised or known to other parties, you'll be prompted to change it immediately.
