There are lots of wearable fitness watches which track your heart rate and connect to your phone. You can also use health and fitness apps that come with your phone to track your workouts.
Wellness and mental health
Just as you have apps for diet and exercise, you also have apps for meditation, sleep cycles, and tracking potential anxiety triggers.
Online courses and communities
Finally, many of us in IT Services have joined walkathons or practise yoga with online classes - loads of good (and free) courses are available on YouTube!
It's always a good idea to make sure your operating system and apps are running the latest recommended version!
