Event: Protect Yourself - Protect Trinity against the cybersecurity threat

This event, organised by the Trinity Risk Office, will give an overview of some of the everyday cybersecurity threats that face us as researchers, staff and students and more importantly, how cybercrime can impact the individual and the institution when there is a lack of awareness.

Cybersecurity affects everyone - we all have personal and professional data that we want to keep safe. In the wake of recent cyberattacks both in Ireland and around the world, protecting our research and our personal data has become even more important than ever before.

Remaining aware of cybersecurity threats and knowing how we can help to prevent them provides for better decision-making when faced with potential cyber attacks.
