These rooms make up approximately 20% of the teaching spaces on campus and are typically the larger teaching spaces that are shared across multiple Schools.
There is clear signage in place in all of the rooms we manage to further help you identify these rooms when you are teaching. See full list of these rooms.
Pro-active checks and reactive maintenance of the AV equipment in these teaching spaces is provided by IT Services staff and our managed service partner. We undertake these checks to minimise the risk of any issues with the IT equipment but if you do experience a problem in an IT Services’ managed teaching space then you can call x4900 for assistance. This is a dedicated AV phone support line and is available from 8am – 10pm each weekday. There are also technicians onsite from 8am – 6pm that can be dispatched if the phone assistance does not resolve the problem.
