What is changing?

In the coming months, the Office 365 applications you use will be renamed to Microsoft 365. The app will also get a new icon and a new look and feel.

How does this impact me?

The rebranding to Microsoft 365 along with the new style will not have an impact on how you use the system. While the app may look different, you will still be able to access your account, profile, and files as normal. You will also continue to have full access to your Microsoft apps such as Teams, Word, OneDrive, and so on.

Do I need to do anything?

You do not need to do anything, Microsoft are rolling out the changes automatically within the coming months, from November 2022 onwards. You will start to see the new Microsoft 365 icon and style, initially in the web app (office.tcd.ie), and later on in the Desktop and mobile versions of the app.

How will I log into the Microsoft 365 app?

You will continue to be able to log into the Microsoft 365 app via office.tcd.ie.
