SPSS/PASW - Annual Reauthorisation Instructions

For SPSS/PASW versions 25, 26, 27 and 28.

  1. Click Start > All Programs > SPSS Inc.
  2. Select SPSS License Authorization Wizard.
  3. Click Next, make sure to select the License my product now check box.
  4. Click Next.
  5. On the SPSS - Licence Agreement webpage, click I Accept. You will then be shown a list of licence codes.
  6. Enter the chosen code in the SPSS License Authorization Wizard.
    If you are connected to the College network:
    • On the Select Authorization Method page, select Internet and ensure you have external internet access. For some users, such as those using Macs or Linux, this may mean opening a web browser and authenticating for web access on the 'keep-alive' page.
  7. Click Next. The authorisation may take a few minutes.
  8. Once the authorisation is complete, click Finish.
