Support for audio-visual (AV) equipment in IT Services teaching rooms
IT Services and our managed service partner provide pro-active checks and reactive maintenance of the AV (audio-visual), lecture capture, Wi-Fi and related IT equipment in the centrally timetabled teaching spaces known as the Senior Lecturer Pool Rooms across the University. The IT Services managed teaching spaces make up approximately 20% of the teaching spaces on campus and are typically the large teaching spaces that are shared across multiple schools.
