IT Service Desk
All technical or support queries should be addressed to the IT Service Desk only.
Opening Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Online and email queries can be submitted at any time but will only be replied to within normal working hours.
You can contact the Service Desk by one of the following methods.
You can email the service desk at itservicedesk@tcd.ie. Please ensure you fill in the 'Subject' field when emailing.
You can use the assist.tcd.ie portal to browse our knowledge base, raise enquiries and check the status of current enquires with the IT Service Desk.
Go to assist.tcd.ie and log in with your Trinity computer account credentials
- Browse our 'Knowledge Base' tile for answers to common IT-related support questions
- Log a support ticket via the 'IT Support' tile
- Request access to a service via the 'Service Catalogue' tile
