Trinity Cloud Platforms managed by IT Services

• Resources created on Trinity Cloud Platforms managed by IT Services (e.g., MS Azure), using a Trinity IT Account, will be cleared down and deleted at the point of account expiry. This clear down will occur as part of regular IT resource lifecycle management activity and may proceed without additional notice to the user.
• Trinity Cloud Platforms managed by IT Services (e.g., MS Azure) are regularly scanned for security vulnerabilities that may present a risk to the University. Where IT resources created on these platforms using a Trinity IT Account present such a risk, IT Services reserve the right to direct the account holder to take prompt action to remediate such vulnerabilities, and if deemed necessary to act unilaterally to disable or delete such resources with immediate effect and without additional notice.
