Etain Tannam spoke about the need to revitalise Strand 3 of the Good Friday Agreement, at an interdisciplinary conference organised by University of Limerick and University of Ulster on November 29th. The conference, in partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (UK and Ireland) and the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies was entitled: Reflections on a Changing Ireland and Its Relationships.
