The Re-Vetting Process
Re-Vetting
Section 20 of the Act provides for the re-vetting of staff members who continues to perform Relevant Work after a prescribed period or intervals from the issue of the previous vetting disclosure.
While enactment of the Section 20 is pending, the University have decided to apply a 3-year interval for re-vetting to occur.
Staff members and their line managers will be notified closer to the expiry of this period and act accordingly in relation to apply for re-vetting, where necessary.
