New development opportunity for Technical Officers and Senior Technical Officers
We are delighted to participate in this year's Inter-University Programme for Technical Officers and Senior Technical Officers, focusing on personal effectiveness and leadership development.
Participants must attend all sessions, participate in feedback and engage in reflective practice.
Online modules are scheduled from 2:30pm to 4:30pm:
- Module 1: 25th February 2025 – "Being Strategic" with Dr. Jean Hughes (DCU)
- Module 2: 27th March 2025 – "Developing a Positive Growth Mindset" with Reg Friddle
- Module 3: 29th April 2025 – "Developing Your Leadership Presence" with Paddy Lavelle
There are 8 places available for TCD staff, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
