Contract Extension of current Occasional Staff

If the employee record is active and the terms and conditions of the previous appointment are the same or the appointment expired less than 3 months ago, you can request an extension of the appointment without an engagement form by sending an email with the details below at HR Occasional Staff HROccasionalStaff@tcd.ie . This way you can speed the extension process.

Please confirm the below details:

  • If the staff will be doing the same job with the same terms and conditions (hours, pay rate, department) as the previous engagement form
  • Staff Name
  • Staff ID
  • Start and End date of the new appointment
  • Cost Centre
