Health and Safety when working remotely
Our environment, equipment and space when working from home must be suitable, in line with Health & Safety legislation. To support people in assessing this suitability assessment can be completed through Trinity College Health, Safety and Environmental Management system called "iProtectu".
Before you log on you must first read Guidance on completing your Display Screen Equipment Risk Assessment and Training, as this will advise you how to complete your Home Working Awareness Training (video) and then your DSE assessment. When you complete your assessment, it will be sent to your line manager, which will enable you to have a conversation about your environment when working from home.
It is a requirement to complete this assessment once a year. As the blended working pilot is being rolled out, all employees who will be availing of working remotely must complete this assessment.
