Blended Working
Blended working refers to a combination of working from the employer's work premises and working remotely. This definition is being used across the public sector.
For us in Trinity, we have developed a principle-based policy, which is being piloted, which will allow for the greatest level of flexibility and ownership in Schools and Departments. Our Blended Working pilot and policy will be considered by the senior leadership of the University in the new academic year, with the pilot continuing until this has been completed.
