The Staff Requisition/New Staff Request form found on SharePoint Staffing Hub will soon be replaced by the CorePortal (Access People XD) Staff Request and Manager Request functionality.
What is Staff Request?
Staff Request is used when a new or replacement post is needed - there is nobody named on the request and an advertisement is required through recruitment. The forms you fill in will feed directly to Recruitment without the information having to be re-typed as the key information is already provided by the Manager and the approvers.
What is Manager Request?
A Manager Request is used when there is a person named on the request, i.e. people in your team. Manager Requests are used for Change of Terms or Contract Renewal.
