Dr Madina Kurmangaliyeva

I am an applied economist studying legal and political institutions and their interactions with socio-economic inequality. I received a PhD in Economics from the European University Institute (Italy) and I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Tilburg Law and Economics Center (Netherlands) and at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). At Trinity College Dublin, I am joining the ERC-funded VOICES project led by Professor Jane Ohlmeyer as a quantitative social scientist / economic historian.
