The 2020-21 the Faculty of Health Sciences Dean's Research Initiatives Fund was awarded to six resesarch projects. The Research Initiatives Fund aims to advance the research priorities of Trinity College’s Strategic Plan, raise the national and international profile of the University and increase receipt of Horizon 2020 and HRB awards, as well as other funding. It awards investigators with seed funding that provides the foundation necessary to secure extramural funding for cutting edge, innovative and transformative research.
