Trinity is committed to developing strong, impactful and sustainable joint educational partnerships. These are in the form of dual degrees, joint degrees, articulation programmes and pathway programmes.

USA

Columbia University

  • Two years at Trinity College Dublin + two years at Columbia.
  • Students study in one of 12 streams at Trinity + choose their major at Columbia.
  • Students are awarded two Bachelor’s degrees, one from Trinity and from Columbia.

Columbia University

  • Four years of the five-year Integrated Engineering or Engineering with Management (MAI) programme at Trinity followed by 1 year at Columbia University.
  • While at Columbia University, students will complete one of several existing Master of Sciences (MS) courses and a dissertation for Trinity.
  • Successful students will receive a professionally-accredited MAI degree from Trinity and a Master of Science (MS) degree from Columbia University.

  • Students complete the one-year Postgraduate Certificate course in Orofacial Pain at Trinity College Dublin and then have the opportunity to join the University of Southern California’s three-year online Master’s degree in orofacial pain and oral medicine from the second year
  • The programme is designed for general dental practitioners or dental specialists to enable them to develop their skills set, through learning and research, in order to work at an advanced level within dental practice
  • It includes a mix of hands-on training at Trinity with online didactic instruction — including weekly live webinar sessions with faculty and other residents and video lectures provided by the University of Southern California

Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU)

 

  • Year 1 at Beijing Foreign Studies University + Year 2 at Trinity College Dublin + Year 3 at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
  • One-year Trinity Master’s programme in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
  • Students are awarded two Master’s degrees, one from Trinity and one from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
