• The Nikon Eclipse LV100 and LV100ND light microscopes are capable of both transmitted and reflective light microscopy using a CoolLED pE-2 fluorescence LED illumination system. Publication quality images can be obtained using NIKON Lu Plan Fluor objective lenses at magnifications of 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x and processed through the NIS-Elements BR software package. Large mosaic images can be collected using a motorized Märzhäuser Wetzlar EK 75x50 Pilot stage. • Stage is optimised for 7.5 cm x 2.5 cm thin sections, but smaller thin sections and resin pucks, that are no thicker than 2.5 cm, can also be analysed. |
