Your rights under the Official Languages Act 2003

• To receive a reply in Irish to correspondence in Irish
• To receive certain documents from public bodies bilingually, including annual reports, audited accounts and strategy statements.
• Information (mailshots) in either electronic or printed form which is directed to the general public to be made available bilingually
