Event Support

Our experienced and professional staff support events of all sizes form small gatherings to presidential visits to the Trinity Ball and Trinity Summer Series. Responsibility for the management of events in the university is wide-ranging. While the Central Events Office manages relationships with vendors for events on campus, Estates and Facilities provides expert advice and support in relation to Insurance, Health and Safety, and Attendant Services

If you wish to request a service from Estates and Facilities in relation to an event, please provide your Enquiries Event Office Booking ID in your communication to us.
