The Customer Service Centre is the frontline operation of Estates and Facilities, dealing with a multitude of queries received from the College Community, our contractors, visitors and members of the public. We provide information and support in relation to all of the services provided by Estates and Facilities. Our priority is to ensure a positive experience for all users of Estates and Facilities services.
We encourage you to direct your Estates and Facilities queries to our friendly Service Centre team by phone on +353 1 896 4000, by email to estatesandfacilities@tcd.ie or in person. The Service Centre is located on the Ground Floor of 194 Pearse St (accessible from campus side) and is open from 08:00-17.00 (Mon-Thurs) and 08.00-16.30 (Fri), remaining open through lunchtime.
