Administrative Support

The Administrative Support Services Team of 5 provides administrative support within the Estates and Facilities Directorate and externally to the wider University community and visitors availing of the services of the Estates and Facilities Directorate.   

The Team is responsible for the provision of vital services such as time & attendance, staff records, payroll adjustments and allowances, insurance administration, departmental fixed asset register, GDPR compliance, data protection and obligations and the ongoing upkeep of the E&F website.
