The Rubrics has been nominated in three categories in the Building and Architect of the Years Awards 2024
- Building Refurbishment for a Single Building or Development,
- Conservation Award for a Single Building or Development and
- Sustainability Award for a Single Building or Development.
These awards took place on Friday April 12th and on the night the project took home the gold in the Conservation Award for a Single Building or Development.
