Dear colleagues,
There are a limited number of car parking spaces in the Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute (TBSI) and South Leinster Street (SLS) carparks available to rent on an annual basis to staff members of the University.
The rental period will be from 2nd September 2024 to 31st August 2025.
The 2024/2025 allocation of 29 spaces in TBSI and 16 spaces in SLS will be made via a random selection process following the closing date for applications.
Staff members applying for a rental space must be employees of Trinity College Dublin on a full-time, part-time, term-time or fixed term contract with a minimum 12 months remaining on their contract with effect from 1st September 2024.
The charge for a parking space for 2024/2025 will be €615 (€500.00 plus 23% VAT).
Applications can be submitted by email to carparking@tcd.ie or by post to the Estates and Facilities Service Centre, 194 Pearse Street.
No applications will be accepted after 4.30pm on Friday 23rd August 2024.
Incorrect or incomplete applications will be discarded. All applications must be signed.
Only one application form will be accepted for the allocation of the 45 spaces.
Applicants should indicate their first preference on the application form and if spaces remain in their first preference car park at the time of selection, they will be allocated their first preference.
If no spaces are available in the first preference car park, then a space will be allocated in the car park with remaining spaces until all spaces are allocated.
