This survey is particularly important in helping us to understand the current needs of our users and to listen to feedback to assist us in improving our quality of service and our communications.
The 2024 survey allows us to establish an updated baseline of customer satisfaction and provide a benchmark of results against which we will compare outcomes year on year.
