Trinity College Dublin - Policies
Trinity has developed a range of equality related policies which ensure it is both in compliance with its essential legal obligations as well as fostering the the spirit of its commitment to equality and diversity. The ongoing implementation of these policies in the day-to-day activities of the university - from the installation of accessible paths in Front Square to the respectful customer service provided by frontline staff - makes Trinity a welcoming place for staff, students, and visitors, in which everyone can achieve their full potential.
Policies are made a reality by the dedication of everyone in the Trinity community, and all staff and students are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the contents of this Policy section as well as the full list of equality/diversity policies.
The Equality Officer can advise in the first instance on the contents and implementation of any of the policies outlined here.
There are other policies, mandates, and policies which may related to EDI themes which are owned by other areas of the university. These policy owners are best placed to advise on these, and we recommend you contact the relevant area directly - you can find more information on areas with links to key EDI areas in our Frequently Asked Questions.
