An evening of readings organised by the Church of Ireland Diocese of Cork Cloyne and Ross marking The Centenary of 1916 and featuring poet Gerald Dawe whose latest publication Of War and War’s Alarms examines the impact of war on the writing lives of Irish poets and novelists; Dr. Eimear O’Connor on curating the recent exhibition Conflicting Visions in a Turbulent Age and Frank O’Connor’s daughter Liadain O’Donovan reading his famous short story Guests of the Nation.
