PhD Research Symposium 2024
On 22nd October 2024, we hosted our 2nd PhD Research Symposium at Trinity College Dublin, bringing together brilliant doctoral candidates from across the School of Engineering to showcase their innovative research.
From advancements in sustainable construction materials to innovations in wearable brain health monitoring, the symposium highlighted the future of engineering. The event was entirely organised by our talented PhD students, who created a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and inspiration.
Thank you to our guest speakers, Professor Alan OConnor, Head of the School of Engineering, and Dr. Linda Doyle, Provost of Trinity College Dublin, for their insightful and inspirational contributions, as well as David Corrigan, Senior Research Scientist at Huawei Ireland, for his keynote address.
