The Trinity College Dublin School of Engineering is pleased and thankful to announce that applications for the Eric and Barbara Kinsella Scholarships are now open for this year.
All second-year students who are enrolled in the Engineering (BAI/MAI) or Engineering with Management (BSc(Ing)/MAI) programmes and who have successfully completed their first year of study with a minimum of a second-class honours in their first-year exams are eligible to apply.
In 2014, Eric & Barbara Kinsella established these scholarships to support talented engineering students to reach their full potential. The successful scholarship recipients will receive a €5,000 award per annum for the remaining years of their degree program in the School of Engineering, up to four years of study.
Since they were established, 41 scholarships have been awarded, with the goal of there being a minimum of 20 scholars at any one time in the School. All eligible students are encouraged to apply and take advantage of this incredible opportunity by submitting an application before the closing date of 5pm on Friday, 18 October 2024.
Details on how to apply for the Eric and Barbara Kinsella Scholarships are included in this brochure.
