Biography

Adrian P Flynn is Principal in Adamstown Community College. Adrian was previously Director of Schools for DDLETB and was responsible for 31 Community Colleges across County Dublin. Adrian was previous Principal in Grange Community College, D 13, Coláiste Pobail Setanta, D15 and Deputy Principal in St Finian’s Community College, Swords. Adrian holds a B.A in Geography and Religious Studies UL, H. Dip in Education, Trinity College Dublin, Post Grad in Technology Teaching, UL and an M. Ed in Educational Leadership and Management. Adrian is passionate about school development with the learner at the centre, professional development for teachers and team building. This is evident with the one-year Teacher Leadership Programme and Middle Leadership Programme developed by DDLETB with over 250 participants last academic year.
