Small Steps in Research = Giant Steps in Education

The 10th annual Postgraduate Student Research Conference took place in The Trinity Long Room Hub on May 18th. To reflect this year's 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing, the conference theme was "small steps in research = giant leaps in education". Masters and Doctoral researchers from TCD hosted fellow students and faculty from other Irish schools of education - CCT, DCU, ITT, NUIM, UL, WIT - and shared a day of presentations, workshops, and discussion. The result was a potent mix of critical discourse of current research topics, in a convivial atmosphere that was of benefit to all present. Our thanks to all who attended and contributed.
