Prof. Owen Conlan (School of Computer Science and Statistics) is a Computer Scientist who performs research on personalisation approaches and systems that help users to understand and interrogate complex information. This is towards supporting them in making informed decisions. In the context of mobility, his work examines how intelligent personal agents can support users in making fit-for-purpose transport decisions.
