Trinity College Dublin - Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Unit

The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Unit works to foster a Trinity community that is safe, representative, and eager to ensure all of our people can meaningfully contribute and thrive as part of the university.

Everyone on the Trinity campus - staff, students, and visitors - have a role to play in enabling Trinity's fundamental values of equal, equitable, and egalitarian opportunity. The EDI Unit works as a dedicated and specialised team to support this by driving strategy that brings together all the multifarious protected grounds in Irish law and setting out plans that create cohesive action across all areas of Trinity to advance these important goals broadly and boldly.

Check out our website to learn more about who we are, what we do, how we can support and guide you and how you can actively contribute to a meaningfully inclusive Trinity community.
