Screen Studies in the Age of Extended Reality and Synthetic Media

An international conference hosted by Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin as part of the Irish Research Council Laureate Award project “From Cinematic Realism to Extended Reality: Reformulating Screen Studies at the Precipice of Hyper-reality” (2022-2026) will take place in Trinity Long Room Hub on 4th and 5th June 2024.

The programme includes 8 separate sessions including academic papers and practice sessions as well as a book launch.
