Literature

From January to April, the School hosts a series of lectures which adopt a thematic approach to the study of literature. The chosen theme varies from year to year, offering members of the public the opportunity to consider English literary works from a variety of fresh and thought-provoking perspectives. Themes covered in recent years have included Fear in Literature, Cities in Literature, and Literature and Revolution.
