Day Nursery publishes digital short story to coincide with 50th year celebration
Published August 28th, 2020
The Day Nursery are delighted to publish a short story which coincides with its 50th year celebration. The short story is an original idea and kindly written by Sarah Fitzgerald who had the opportunity to visit the nursery and campus earlier this year.
I was thrilled to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Day Nursery at Trinity with this short story, looking at that scary first step into school! Hopefully this transition-style story will help kids through those first steps and help them to settle in with ease!Sarah Fitzgerald
Thanks to Sarah, this is perfect timing, as we look back over 50 years of the Day Nursey service to see how far we’ve come. Our past and current children, and parents alike, will cherish this lovely short story for many years to come — Aoife Cox, Day Nursery Manager
The Day Nursery is the oldest work place nursery in Ireland and is open to pre-school children for Trinity students and staff.
