Human Resources team wins prestigious award

A team from Human Resources recently won an Irish HR Champion Award, for their leadership in the design and roll-out of the Mentoring and Career Development Programme (2016-2017).

Claire O’Reilly, Head of HR Partnering, commented: “My team of HR partners are delighted to have won this prestigious award. It’s wonderful news for the Human Resources department, the Chief Operating Officer – our excellent sponsor of this programme – and Trinity as a whole.”

The annual Irish HR Champion Awards recognise the success and innovation of human resources teams around the country, across a variety of criteria, including diversity, leadership and employee engagement.

The Trinity team collected their award from event MC Gina London at a ceremony in the Guinness Storehouse.
