People and Culture Committee Membership

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, the Committee shall comprise no less than 12 members as follows:

1. A Chairperson  - Prof. Darryl Jones
2. If the Chairperson is not a member of Board, then a member of Board shall be appointed as an ordinary member N/A
3. The Director of Human Resources (who shall be secretary to the committee)- Ms Antoinette Quinn
4. The Associate Vice-Provost for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion- Prof. Lorraine Leeson
5. The Chief Operating Officer or their nominee -Ms Orla Cunningham
6. A Faculty Dean or their nominee -Prof. Sylvia Draper (Dean of STEM)
7. The Senior Dean-Prof. Eoin O’Sullivan 
8. One undergraduate and one postgraduate student TBC and Neha Deshmukh
9. No fewer than one and no more than two external members – Kathryn Whyte and Lucky Khambule 
10. Three members of University staff of whom at least one shall be an academic member and at least one a member of the Professional, Technical, Administrative and Support Staff- Mr Andrew Duffin, Ms Paula Hicks, Dr Rachel Moss
