Online Mindfulness Drop In Sessions
In an effort to support and connect our whole Trinity community of staff, students and alumni during these times we will offer weekly drop-in mindfulness practice at 1pm every Wednesday. This is an opportunity to take a break for ourselves, to mind our mental health and spend a few moments to nurture and replenish our minds and bodies with our colleagues and peers.

Five minutes of Mindfulness for 5 Days
College Health is inviting you to participate in 5 minutes of mindfulness for 5 days on the Healthy Trinity Instagram and YouTube channels.
This is an opportunity to introduce the practice of mindfulness into your day with staff Mindfulness facilitator, Karita Saar Cullen.

Students, staff, alumni and the general public are welcome to participate any time during or after the five days.
