Dr. Atiq Ur Rehman is a Research Fellow in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at Trinity College Dublin. He holds Ph.D. degree in Thermal Energy Storage in buildings. He has performed his doctoral research at the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at Trinity College Dublin. His research interests and expertise are Thermal Energy Storage, Renewable Energy Sources, Phase-Change Materials, CFD and Thermal-Fluid Sciences. He holds Master degree in Project Management as well. He is currently working on Sustainable Energy Authority Ireland (SEAI) funded project RevRenew for his postdoctoral research. This research is focused on the integration of renewable energy technologies in the smart home network. Dr. Atiq also has more than 8 years of full-time teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate level engineering programs.
