Geotechnics Laboratory

Hydraulics Laboratory equipment

The Geotechnics laboratory is used extensively by members of the Geotechnical Research Group for experimental work in the Department. The equipment is used for testing soil properties and have a wide range of equipment for characterising soil samples under different environmental conditions.
